{"id":2626,"date":"2025-09-30T16:48:33","date_gmt":"2025-09-30T20:48:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nuage.recherche.usherbrooke.ca\/?p=2626"},"modified":"2025-09-30T16:48:40","modified_gmt":"2025-09-30T20:48:40","slug":"les-banques-nuage-renouvelle-son-financement-pour-la-recherche-sur-le-vieillissement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nuage.recherche.usherbrooke.ca\/en\/les-banques-nuage-renouvelle-son-financement-pour-la-recherche-sur-le-vieillissement\/","title":{"rendered":"NuAge Database and Biobank renew their funding for aging research"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Direction des grands d\u00e9fis soci\u00e9t\u00e9 (DGDS) of the Fonds de recherche du Qu\u00e9bec (FRQ) has officially confirmed the renewal of funding for the NuAge Database and Biobank, as part of the Intersectoral Research Platform on Aging \u2014 Cohort Renewal Initiative for the 2026\u20132030 period. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This funding of over $1.5 million will enable the NuAge Database and Biobank to sustain and strengthen their contribution to aging research, while also enhancing the secondary use of the data and biological samples collected and available within the cohort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cohorts structure the driving forces of research in Qu\u00e9bec and address priority research needs related to the many dimensions of aging well in Qu\u00e9bec society.
