Moreover, the genotypes of 1,276 participants from the NuAge cohort who consented to participate in genetic studies were successfully analyzed. Nearly 700,000 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) markers were genotyped using the chip <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermofisher.com\/order\/catalog\/product\/902502\">Axiom UK Biobank of Affymetrix<\/a> and the analysis of APOE genotypes (\u03b52, \u03b53, \u03b54) was performed using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermofisher.com\/ca\/en\/home\/life-science\/pcr\/real-time-pcr\/real-time-pcr-assays.html?gclid=Cj0KCQiA4Y-sBhC6ARIsAGXF1g4fBKvgGkcev6IeD17IqD4oYmgbCq16z40KuKVg8_5pKQ01bcieZ9saApg4EALw_wcB&amp;cid=gsd_pcr_sbu_r02_co_cp1491_pjt9623_gsd00000_0se_gaw_rs_lgn_&amp;ef_id=Cj0KCQiA4Y-sBhC6ARIsAGXF1g4fBKvgGkcev6IeD17IqD4oYmgbCq16z40KuKVg8_5pKQ01bcieZ9saApg4EALw_wcB:G:s&amp;s_kwcid=AL!3652!3!606132911222!e!!g!!taqman%20rt-pcr!17574808700!139287686818&amp;gad_source=1\">TaqMan RT-PCR<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These data and samples are now available to researchers.
